Once all the gems lit up we were able to open the doors at both ends of the hallway only to find a Beholder as our final test. As it turns out Alexander has Aboraphobia, a fear of Aborations, and immediately ran back to the ship! Then Ravi was disintegrated by one of the eye beams followed shortly after by Ignia. Out of desperation I accidentally triggered a wild magic surge during the fight. I was able to keep dodging its disintegration rays and with Bumble's help, we killed the beholder. Then the wild magic energy jumped out of me into Ignia reincarnating her from a Kobold into a Gnome! that's going to be awkward around family dinner next Winterfest.
Then we entered the library and met the librarian which was a magically animated Quill. We found out that the group we are after had already visited the library and magically cut some pages out of one of the books. We also found out from talking with Quill that the other group is called “The Cult of Nature's Death” and believes that nature is getting in the way of the way life should be. I borrowed the book “How to understand the planes” and the others borrowed other books and stuff.
We then began to head back to Whitestone to figure out what to do next and on the way we were almost hit by what we thought was a meteor. It turned out to be a person from the sky called Aleph Nautilus.

On our way into Drynna we spotted a wizard with a group of fighters that had Falan unconscious in a cage so of course we had to help him out. I approached the group looking like Falan's little brother while bumble tried to sneak up behind them but it did not work. I tried to heal Falan by mixing my distance skill with my druid magic which woke him up but hurt me. Anyway the wizard was killed while trying to flee and it turned out that the fighters and the cage was some form of solid illusion magic. I was enamored with a beautiful Gem in a Gem that the wizard had so I took it. After spending some time with it I realized it was this item that made the illusions solid. The wizard also had wanted posters of all of us from the Clasp. I am going to hang mine in my room on the ship.
Once in Drynna, Bumble knew where to look to find the location of the lost library as Keylith had told him where to look in a book here when we were back in Whitestone. We headed off to the lost library and parted ways with Falan once again but this time he gave me his short sword Amber to keep it away from the creature that stole his girl.
The next day we made our way into the lost cobalt Soul library which was just a toppled stone tower sticking out of the swamp. Bumble used the magic key he took from Zero when he died which worked to open the magic door to the library. At the bottom of a long spiral staircase we found a hallway with paintings of historical people one of them was of Percy. Bumble touched the Percy painting and vanished. Then one by one the others trying to figure out how to get him back vanished as they touched the painting. Once alone I proceeded to the door at the end of the hall which had 4 gems and a symbol of the cobalt soul. Dare I touch it?
]]>Kalbrin and his dog were killed by cultist assassins' that snuck on the ship last night, Zero died by falling off the ship like one of his zombies, and Falan left to save his dryad girlfriend who was kidnaped to the 9 hells. Now Bumble is captain and Ignia has joined the group.
Anyway, we have a long lost library to find which is somehow supposed to give us clues to find and deal with this group killing dryads all over Tal`Dorei. So we spent a day flying over to the area and noticed someone with a bunch of skeletons dancing around a bonfire. The others wanted to go in fighting but this is getting closer to my area of the country and things can be a little different here. It turned out to be a licensed necromancer from the Lyceum who got a bit carried away when he discovered he could raise more then his usual 1 skeleton a day. We pointed out he was over his limit and then he dismissed them and we continued on our way. But this means that even though Zero is gone his last wish left some troubling lingering effects on the world. Ah, what is the worst that could happen.
The next day we stopped at a town to ask some questions. You know like “Hay have to seen a library that was lost 2000 years ago anywhere around here?” – and Nobody has. But we did meet a human paladin named Alexander that serves all the gods. Bumble then recruited him to help in our quest.

However, just 4 hours out we spotted a village being attacked by Orcs so we landed and helped to defend the people. During which zero turned two of the dead townspeople into zombies and afterwards loaded 4 of the dead orcs into the hold of the ship. Everyone thought I should have the bag of holding we found on the Orcs.
It looks like the orcs were roaming farther from the alabaster Sierras then normal so we headed that way to check it out and found more blighted land with another dead dryad and the body of Taryn an earth Ashari the group had met before. We were then attacked by a Gollum with a fire head.
Once defeated, I decided to sneakily follow its tracks to see where it came from and found the spot where it looked like two of them were dropped into the woods from above. Which was when I noticed the other one heading my way so I ran back to the group and let them know another was incoming and we all ran back to the ship. Well two of the other also wandered off while I was gone but they made it back to the ship shortly after we did.
We then flew back to that village to send a message to Whitestone about what was going on.
I don’t know why but Zero’s skeletons keep falling or walking off of the ship.
Apparently, Falan had a cursed sword that was given to him by a tree spirit at some point. I though it was odd that he was always holding on to the thing. The clerics at the temple told him that to perminantly remove that kind of curse that they would need to enclose all of us in a force barier and release the demon from within the blade in the temple's court yard.
To everyone's surprise it was a void demon in the form of a dragon! It was black as night as full of stars but I don't remember much after that as whatever it did affected my mind and I was confused through out the battle. I do have a vague memory of killing someone or something but when my senses retured at the end everyone was fine. Well, mostly fine as Bumble and Kalbrin are now half make of the same blackness and stars that the monster was made of.
I am told that the fight was going SO badly that Zero used another one of his wishes that was not worded very well. He wished that the remaining lifeforce of the monster be removed and used to restore Bumble and Kalbrin.
After the fight I explored the Airship and then went to my room to rest. But the bed felt way to big and hard for me so I converted the chest at the end of the bed into a proper goblin bed. I'll see abou having the main bed removed so I can have more room. I think there might be enough room in here without it for a small goblin household.
]]>I spent most of my time here doing what I am most familiar with, searching for plants and mixing up potions. Soon I will have my third greater healing potion finished in addition to the three regular healing potions I made.
Holy crap! A skyship just appeared outside the castle and all the guards are running around. I am going to find a tower and try to get a look on top.
Ok, I am back. It would seem that Zero made a wish for a skyship and one just appeared. It was empty but Percy is very annoyed because it belongs to the Kryn Dynasty! Thankfully there were no soldiers on board but he wants it out of Whitestone as soon as possible.

Just the other day I took them to the underground fight club located beneath Ywnnlas lake as they were looking for some action. I saw no point in fighting myself so I just placed some bets and came away 255gp richer!
I have over heard them talking about trying to find some cultists that had destroyed a large part of the forest south of here and just today overheard some guards talking about a group of people occasionally chanting and acting shady behind a temple.. When I told the others they were quite interested in checking it out and officially welcomed me into their group. Afterwards I immediately went to Avandra’s temple to thank the change bringer for the opportunity.
That evening I went with the group and we found the chanters. When the group engaged them we very quickly realized that we were out matched. It was in reality a Clasp trap! Evidentially the cultists the group was looking for hired the clasp to kill the group. Most of the others ran away but I was quickly surrounded and as all seemed lost I called out to the change bringer who heard me and brought change to the situation. Suddenly everyone was engulfed in vines and thrown away from me as Kielith from the Air Ashari, who was looking for the group, came to my rescue. I was then able to recall the others and Kielith opened a portal for us to Whitestone.
